Father’s Day is a celebration dedicated to pay reverence to fatherhood. The celebration is considered to be a special day in everyone’s lives as people express their gratitude towards their fathers or father figures for their caring hearts and contribution to their children’s lives.

Children of Familia showed their love, reverence etc. by offering flowers and some cultural programme.

26 Children and five staff of Familia had a wonderful Summer Camp in Digha, West Bengal (June 08 – 12, 2013).

Places visited – 1. Sea Beach,Digha, 2. Science Centre, 3. Amarawati Park, 4. Mouth of River Subarnarekha.

Other Activities – 1. Games to promote the value of co-operation and unity, 2. Group discussion on Personality Development, 3. Meditation, 4. Cultural Programme (songs,dance,skit etc.)
